Seriously people??? Is it that serious that the man wears flip flops ON VACATION!!!!??? I understand that he is in a position of authority and respect and under the scrutiny of the public eye because it is such a public position and a high and honorable position, but the man was on vacation!!!!! What, it’s ok for any other head of a company to go on vacation in sandles but the head of the states can’t? That ain’t right! Now, I could see why people would have a problem with it if he went to meet with another country’s president or some press conferance or a business meeting in flip flops, but he was ON VACATION!!!!! Back up! Leave the man alone dang! He can’t even kick it with his kids without y’all jumpin on his back about every little thing. Get a life and stop worrying about his. Dumb stuff like this does not need to be front page news ever! It’s ridiculous.

Soooooo when God asked Adam how he knew he was naked and if he ate the forbidden fruit, Adam didn’t answer the question directly, instead, he said the woman you gave to me gave me fruit and I ate it…always the womans fault…men…ugh
Just A Little Shout Out
I thought I should take a second just to say thank you to my best friend, Akeem. He is ALWAYS there for me and I can’t thank him enough for EVERYTHING he does and has done for me, especially lately. Whether I’m laying in bed and don’t wanna get up and face the world, or calling him at 2 am on Christmas morning crying uncontrollably, he always finds a way to make me laugh and smile and I don’t think there is enough time left to tell him just how much it all really means to me. Thank you for supporting me and encouraging me, for sitting up late at night with me while I do my homework just for moral support. Thank you for going above and beyond. For every little thing you’ve ever done and all of the larger experiences we’ve shared, I thank you. The things we’ve done to each other and with each other….WOW! lol but thank you for standing by my side anyway and sticking with me thru it all. I am so lucky to be in love with my best friend.

Some may say 2010 was a year of sorrow, mistakes, regrets, learning, joy, or happiness, but regardless of how you choose to describe it, LET IT GO! It is 2011 and you cannot live and enjoy this year without letting go of last year. The past is the past. Dwelling on it will only hold you back, and you will never be able to grow and experience all of the things (good and bad) waiting for you this year. Take the good memories and lessons learned and MOVE ON. A new year= a new you with new opportunities.
